SleepCure started 2017 with a clear purpose - to help as many people as possible to sleep better. Because good sleep leads to a healthier and more energetic life.
SleepCure develops digital tools based on modern research within health and well-being. What we do is called Digital Therapeutics (or Digital Therapy Methods). We use the various fields within research, clinical methods and models that are proven, a mix of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Behavior Change Techniques (BCT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
